  • Oversees and administers the strategic direction and vision for the chapter
  • Serves as the chapter's liaison to the PRSA national office
  • Manages the day-to-day-operations of the chapter
  • Manages the Board of Directors.

President-Elect

  • Is "in training" to serve as the chapter's next president by collaborating closely with the president
  • Plans professional development luncheons and speakers
  • Manages annual member and non-member survey
  • Chairs the nominating committee

Past-President - description

  • A year to recuperate from serving as chapter president by serving in an advisory capacity to the chapter president and the Board of Directors
  • Liaison to the PRSA Western District office

Vice President of Communication - description

  • Administers minutes at each Board of Directors meeting
  • Manages Internet, Blog/Newsletter, Ethics & Advocacy and Publicity committees

Vice President of Finance - description

  • Responsible for the chapter's financial health
  • Prepares and manages the chapter's budget
  • Handles professional development, luncheon RSVP's and finances
  • Manages Finance, Sponsorship and Scholarship committees

Vice President of Membership - description

  • Responsible for membership recruitment and retention
  • Works closely with the national PRSA office to help facilitate the membership process
  • Welcomes and orients new members to the chapter to demonstrate the value of a PRSA membership and help members take full advantage of their membership
  • Manages Universal Accreditation, Recruitment & Retention, and Diversity committees

Vice President of Programs - description

  • Coordinates with PRSA to engage and update local members on local, regional and national professional development opportunities
  • Manages Luncheon Seminar, Professional Development and Pinnacle Award committees to ensure that regularly-scheduled programming represents a variety of public relations interests.

Assembly Delegates (2) - description

  • Serves as the voice of the chapter on all votes on a national level such as the election of national board and ballot initiatives
